When purchasing a luxury property in Israel, the following purchase tax rates apply:

✅ 6% tax on land purchases (calculated from the total purchase amount)
✅ 8% tax on properties valued between ₪5,872,725 – ₪19,575,755
✅ 10% tax on properties valued above ₪19,575,755

Purchase Tax for a Second Property

✅ 10% tax on any portion of the property value exceeding ₪5,872,725
